2008 National Conference


Registration Information

Due to unprecedented interest in the ASF National Conference, we regretfully are no longer accepting registrations and will be unable to accept walk-in registrations in Denver. We encourage you to register for our Atlanta Regional event.

Fees for additional opportunities

Space is still available in all site visits and the service project (there is no fee for the service project). To register for a site visit or the service project, please contact Akilah Massey at akilah@smallfoundations.org

Site Visits, $50
Friday, September 19, 1:30 – 5:00 p.m.

Fees will defray transportation and related costs; donations will also be made to the nonprofit organizations that host us.

Sole Staff Pre-conference Program, SOLD OUT
Dinner, Wednesday, September 17, 6:30 – 8:00 p.m.
Program, Thursday, September 18, 8:00 – 11:00 a.m.

Outdoor Excursion, SOLD OUT
Saturday, September 20, 1:00 – 6:00 p.m.


Cancellation Policy
Substitutions will be accepted at any time. Cancellations on or before August 14 are subject to a $75 processing fee. Cancellations received between August 15 and August 28 will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations on or after August 29 are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued by check after the conference.

Attendance Eligibility
Each seminar or other event sponsored by ASF is open exclusively to foundation trustees and staff in good standing with ASF, and the attendance of all other parties shall be within the sole discretion of ASF. Attendance at ASF seminars or events is not automatic and/or guaranteed until ASF confirms a member's good standing and thereafter confirms its
or their right to attend in writing.


Code of Conduct

Presenters and Attendees are expected to behave in a courteous and respectful manner, refraining from language and actions that might bring discredit upon themselves, their organization, and ASF. Such conduct includes, but is not limited to, actions disrupting the businesslike atmosphere, harassment, discrimination, inappropriate language, failing to obey all local, state, and federal laws and activities that endanger self and others.
