Photo Release
ASF will, from time to time, use photographs/video of program attendees in its promotional materials. All attendees of ASF events acknowledge that they may be photographed/videotaped by ASF or its official photographer/videographer while at the event, and that the photographs/video may be used in future print and electronic promotional materials. If you do not wish your likeness to be used in this way, please contact asf@smallfoundations.org or (888) 212-9922 within 48 hours of conclusion of the event.
Code of Conduct
Presenters and Attendees are expected to behave in a courteous and respectful manner, refraining from language and actions that might bring discredit upon themselves, their organization, and ASF. Such conduct includes, but is not limited to, actions disrupting the businesslike atmosphere, harassment, discrimination, inappropriate language, failing to obey all local, state, and federal laws and activities that endanger self and others.
Each seminar or other event sponsored by ASF is open exclusively to
foundation trustees and staff in good standing with ASF, and the
attendance of all other parties shall be within the sole discretion of ASF.
Attendance at ASF seminars or events is not automatic and/or guaranteed
until ASF confirms a member's good standing and thereafter confirms its
or their right to attend in writing.
