Voluntary Dues Increase

If you prefer, please consider voluntarily increasing your dues by $500, $1,000 or $1,500 per year.  

You may not know that our members’ flat annual dues cover less than half of ASF’s costs. ASF’s board is dedicated to a moderate and flat dues structure - currently just $495 per year. To expand our charitable educational mission, however, we offer members various options for supporting ASF - whether through grants or through membership support in the form of dues. The response to the voluntary dues increase that we first offered in late 2006 showed that this option does indeed best fit the needs of some members.

A gift of $500 could provide an advanced grantmaker Lunch & Learn in your community. A gift of $1,000 could allow us to test a new trainer or workshop. And one gift of $2,500 could pay for the development of a new Primer on a small foundation topic.
