Opening the Lines of Communication

“I encourage folks to call me to discuss potential proposals,” says Executive Director Nancy Wiltsek. “While this may seem inefficient, a short phone conversation saves time for grantseekers and our foundation, as we receive and process far fewer proposals that don’t meet our guidelines. In fact, our communications efforts have resulted in a 50% drop in proposals that are out of our guidelines.”
