Using Postcards in Communications

Keeping applicants informed is an essential part of the grantor/grantee relationship. Postcards are the easiest, most efficient way to keep your applicant up-to-date. Acknowledge receipt of their grant application, provide a checklist of further items needed, or send a simple declination for those requests that fall outside your funding guidelines more easily and expediently with postcards. These require virtually no staff time and avoid lengthy phone calls.
