All registrations must be received by September 30.

The following meals are included in the registration fee:

If you have a guest who is not attending the conference, meal tickets are available for purchase.

Participant Guidelines

Eligibility

The ASF 2010 National Conference is generally open to foundation donors, trustees, and staff; individual donors; donor advised fund managers and holders; members of giving circles; board and staff of philanthropic support organizations; representatives of other philanthropic entities; and professional advisors to foundation boards and staff. The attendance of any party shall be within the sole discretion of ASF. Attendance at the Conference is not automatic and/or guaranteed until ASF confirms an individual’s good standing and thereafter confirms his or her right to attend in writing. No-Solicitation Rule

All ASF programs are a non-solicitation environment.

Code of Conduct

Conference participants, including speakers and exhibitors, are expected to behave in a courteous and respectful manner, refraining from language and actions that might bring discredit upon themselves, their organization, and ASF. Such conduct includes, but is not limited to, actions disrupting the businesslike atmosphere, harassment, discrimination, inappropriate language, failing to obey all local, state, and federal laws and activities that endanger self and others.

Attire

Conference attire is business casual. Meeting room temperatures vary, so you may want to dress in layers.

Photo Release

ASF will, from time to time, use photographs/video of conference participants in its promotional materials. All conference participants acknowledge that they may be photographed/videotaped by ASF or its official photographer/videographer while at the conference and that the photographs/video may be used in future print and electronic promotional materials. If you do not wish your likeness to be used in this way, please contact .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) or (888) 212-9922 within 48 hours of conclusion of the conference.

Conference Participant List

The ASF 2010 National Conference participant list will provide the following contact information for each individual attending the conference: first name, last name, foundation/organization name, city, state, and e-mail address. If you do not wish to have your contact information included in the conference participant list, please e-mail ASF at asfconference@smallfoundations.org.

Cancellation and Substitution Policy

Substitutions are accepted at any time. Cancellations on or before August 22 are subject to a $75 processing fee. Cancellations received between August 23 and September 12 will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations on or after September 13 are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued by check after the conference.
