Barton Creek Greenbelt

What better way to cap off the 2010 National Conference than by going on an outdoor adventure led by Phoenix Multisport? PM is a nonprofit founded by ASF next generation member Scott Strode of “The Woods” Charitable Foundation.

Hike or rock climb at Barton Creek Greenbelt, a true treasure within Austin city limits, complete with sheer cliff walls and lush vegetation.

Hike

Explore some of the Greenbelt’s gorgeous trails. Depending on the size of the group, you may split up, with some going on a more challenging hike while others enjoy a leisurely stroll.

Rock Climb

Climb multiple routes of varying degrees of difficulty. First-time climbers, beginners, and anyone wanting to watch but not climb are welcome!

The $75 per person fee defrays the cost of transportation, technical gear, and trip leaders, and provides a small donation to Phoenix Multisport. Details are subject to change based on registration numbers and weather.
