      <title>David Bornstein to speak at ASF National Conference</title>

      <description><![CDATA[<p>David Bornstein, co-author of the Fixes column in <span class="emphasis">The New York Times Opinionator</span> section and a leader on social innovation, will be the plenary speaker at the ASF <a href="/educational-programs/national-conference/">2012 National Conference</a> in San Francisco on October 8. Bornstein will share examples of the numerous ways in which funders can engage in the landscape of social change through innovation. </p>

<p>Recently, ASF CEO Henry Berman interviewed Bornstein about his work. A podcast of their conversation will be available on August 16.</p>
