Skilled facilitation is a key ingredient for effective foundation leaders. From board meetings to grantee convenings and funder collaboratives, and whether you’re staff or trustee, being able to lead meetings with clear outcomes can make your work more productive – and enjoyable!
This informal workshop will allow participants to strengthen key facilitation techniques and skills. We’ll discuss designing an effective meeting and share real-world tips that will apply to all sorts of settings. You'll have a chance to observe techniques, trouble-shoot with peers, and walk away with a simple framework and increased confidence to facilitate great meetings that support your work.
