3:00 - 4:00 p.m. ET
Foundations often start out with a desire to make a real difference, but become jaded over time as success is often elusive and difficult to realize.
Join two members of the Coleman Foundation staff and board to hear how this long-established foundation moved, in the course of nine months, from being skeptics about impact to thoughtfully engaging in a process to achieve it.
Board and staff alike will gain insights into the potential roadblocks of pursuing impact as well as some surprisingly simple solutions.
The two speakers are Mike Furlong, a board member of long duration, and Clark McCain, a senior program officer.
