Our 990-PF Tax Seminar, taught by top accountants, will give you a thorough understanding of the Form 990-PF, the 5% payout requirement, and expenditure responsibility. The seminar examines the Form 990-PF line-by-line and allows you to grade your form along the way. The 5% payout requirement will continue to hit many foundations hard this year. Learn how to soften the blow and save money at the same time.

At this seminar, participants will:

• Review a sample Form 990-PF line-by-line with private foundation tax experts to gain a thorough understanding of the form

• Have the opportunity to review their foundation’s form and ask targeted questions that affect their foundation

• Receive tips for their foundation to make their Form 990-PF more secure and keep trustees out of trouble with the IRS.

• Identify mistakes on their foundation’s form and know what to do to fix them.

Participants will receive a copy of ASF’s primer, Filing the Form 990-PF.

Faculty: Michael Fontanello, Fontanello, Duffield & Otake; Chris Petermann, O’Connor Davies Munns & Dobbins
