Login Questions
What’s my username and password?
Use the Obtain Password form. Your login information will be e-mailed to you.
How do I obtain a username and password?
Create a profile in our database.
How do I edit my username and password?
- Log in to your personal information page (Tip: the username is case-sensitive.)
- Once logged in, this page will say Review My Profile
- Click “edit” next to Basic Information. You must click “edit” to view/edit.
- After you’re in the edit screen, you can change your username and password
- Click Save/Finish
How do I get usernames and passwords for others at my organization?
Everyone in our database automatically has login information. Each person can use the Obtain Password form. If the person is not in our database, please e-mail Linda Zimmerman (.(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address)):
- First & Last Name
- Organization Name
- Title
- E-mail address
- Mailing Address (optional, if the person wants to receive mailings like the quarterly newsletter)

How can I add others at my organization to the ASF mailing list?
Primary contacts can add or edit your organization’s Staff Roster or contact ASF at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) or (888) 212-9922.
I see a Staff Roster. What about trustees?
Although the roster says “staff,” this is the place to add all individuals at your organization–staff, board members, directors, and trustees.
Member trustees and staff can create and edit their own profiles by going to My Profile.
How can I edit my Organization’s Information?
Primary contacts can add or edit your organization’s information, like headquarter’s address (even if it’s a home office). This is also where you find your organization’s demographics (e.g. asset size, number of staff or trustees).
Why do I need an ASF profile?
Profiles create a record of your contact information, and give you a user name and password that is needed to order publications or register for meetings on our website. ASF members benefit from special member prices on publications and educational programs, and can access member-only areas of the ASF website.
