Philanthropist and Best-Selling Author Greg Mortenson On the Power of Small

December 6, 2010

ASF member Paige Oristano, her family, and the Oristano Foundation spearhead a collaborative project to integrate global philanthropy into New Hampshire’s high school curriculum using Greg Mortenson’s best-selling book, Three Cups of Tea. The Oristanos distribute copies to public high school teachers and partner with educators to develop curricula to explore philanthropy, leadership, cross-cultural understanding, and the power of individuals to make a difference.

This fall, Paige asked Mortenson to address ASF members.
