ASF Local Programs are all sorts of low-cost, informal member gatherings that help you connect with and learn from other small foundations in your community. The sky's the limit, and ASF staff is available to support you every step of the way.

The fortune of a city can be told by looking at its youngest generation. This course, brought to you Children at Risk's Children's Philanthropy Center, the Greater Houston Community Foundation, Children's Affinity Group of the Greater Houston Area, ASF, and others, by will provide an overview of the state of Houston’s children and an inside look at Houston’s key nonprofits that are working to solve social concerns related to children.

Please note that each class takes place at a unique non-profit or location within the Houston area. A tour of each location is integrated into each class and an optional lunch, and facilitated discussion, is offered from 11:30am-12:30pm.
